Programs

Ages 6-12, 10:05am-10:35am Level 1:
Basic introductory class where participant will have little to no prior knowledge of swimming. Participants will become proficient in entering and
exiting water from side of pool and ladder, blowing bubbles through their nose and mouth for 5 seconds, float on front and back for 5 seconds,
bobbing, underwater exploration and retrieve object, in floating position roll from back to front and front to back, alternating leg action on front
and back, alternating arm action on front and back, treading water for 5 seconds, switching from a horizontal to vertical position in water, etc.
