Programs

Ages 3-5, 10:05am-10:35am Preschool:
Basic introductory class where participants will have no prior knowledge of swimming. Participants will become proficient in entering and exiting water from side of pool and ladder, blowing bubbles through their nose and mouth for 3 seconds, assisted float on front and back for 3 seconds, bobbing, underwater exploration, assisted roll from back to front and front to back, assisted alternating leg action on front and back, assisted alternating arm action on front and back, etc.
