The Parks and Recreation Department will only guarantee siblings are on the same team. Other requests must be made to Coaches and coaches may freeze 4 players to their team before the draft, and siblings must be frozen together. Players not frozen will be eligible to be drafted by any coach during the drafting process. Trades are accepted at the end of the draft, but both coaches must agree to the trade made. No trades or player changes will be accepted after the conclusion of the coach's meeting.
